Over-all Functions: Being district team lead I was responsible for effective and efficient day to day operations, planning and execution of the project activities with the support of project staff. Timely uploaded the flawless data/MOVs of all conducted activities in online M&EIS and maintained record in hard form as per USAID data management standards.
Developed and submitted monthly cash projection against program activities, ensure maintaining and updating of financial and compliance records/matters. 
Engaged communities and families in improving reading culture in schools and communities and trained PTCs on effective use of Community Managed Reading (CMR) grants. 
Support the district, provincial and national offices in undertaking monitoring and data collection of work plan activities and participate in various surveys/studies conducted in the district.

Key Responsibilities
Project Design, Coordination and Implementation:
Act as a Full time focal person for all project activities and correspondence related to the respective grant cycle.
Ensure all activity reports and deliverables are timely, complete adhere to the defined quality standards and are submitted at designated online system promptly. 
Organize and facilitate briefings, meetings and multi-stakeholder consultations, seminars and conferences for legislators and other stakeholders of the project.
Organize agenda’s for meetings with legislators, select committee and other relevant stakeholders
Ensure identification and documentation of success stories, case studies and regular media monitoring as communicated by TDEA.
Conflict resolution in managing inter-group dynamics to mediate differing interests of varied actors.
Responsible for implementation of activities as per these elaborations.
Management and Supervision:
Of undersigned staff and Project team including review and approval of their deliverables.
Ensure that detailed work plans are being implemented by team and any changes are promptly notified to TDEA for approval.
Prepare the Monthly Progress Reports required by the Grant SOW, and submit it to TDEA.
Facilitate and conduct orientation and time to time capacity building activities for the project team.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, expenditures and expenditure projections related to the assigned project.

Capacity Building:

Project Title: Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)

Key Responsibilities/Achievements:
Oversee ECCE program implementation in intervention districts of KP and responsible to provide technical assistance and on job mentoring to district teams in effective implementation of project activities including timely provision of TLM, refurbishment of schools along with establishment of ECCE classrooms in all intervention schools, training of teachers and education managers and follow-up of Child focused health education (CFHE), Literacy boost and community outreach activities.
Established 40 ECCE homes and established Community Library banks at community level.
Trained more than 1000 ECCE teachers and 40 Education Managers on ECCE, Literacy Boost and School improvement plan.
Under School Health Nutrition (SNH) component, oriented parents through parenting sessions on importance of health & hygiene, provided deworming tables, hygiene kits and nutritional supplements for focused schools’ children, formed school level child health clubs to raise awareness on importance of health hygiene, celebrated diffrent international days i.e hand washing day and world toilet day.  
Refurbished 400 schools including provision of hand washing facilities to every school.
Supervised the team of education officers, Engineers and community outreach officers and built their capacity through in-house professional development sessions and provided technical support and professional guidance when and where required.
Contributed to develop Detail Implementation Plan, Concept note for Advocacy events, Training Plan, Monthly progress reports including case studies, success stories of the ECCE component while presenting results of integrated gender-responsive approach of the project.  Also organized and facilitated in-service professional development offerings for teachers and supervised the project staff.
Coordination with PITE, RITE, DCTE and Directorate of Education KP for selection of Master Trainers to conduct training of Teachers, Head teachers and Education Managers on ECCE, Literacy Boost, SHN and SBDRR.
Coordination with DDMA, PDMA, ERRA and other line departments for integration of School Safety Plan under component of SBDRR.
Developed strong working relationships and coordinating with concerned government officials and project stakeholders including local politicians, district administration and DEOs for smooth implementation
Developed quality reports, document case studies and success stories to share the best practices and lesson learnt from ECCE project.
To ensure the set up of Learning Corners and utilization of ECCE provided TLM and book banks in each school and orient school teachers on how to utilize these resources in their teaching learning process.

Program Background Summary: USAID funded project for Primary Healthcare Revitalization, Integration and Decentralization in Earthquake-affected areas (PRIDE), contributed significantly in improvement of primary healthcare services for the earthquake affected populations in Bagh (AJK) and Mansehra districts in northern Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities/Achievements:
Provided assistance to Project Manager in overall Planning, implementation of project activities at field unit and district level.
Conducted corners meetings and BBCMs for formation of Village Health Committees (VHC) and UHF at UC Level and established Health Management Committees (HMCs) with selected Health facilities including BHUs, RHCs and THQ/DHQ Hospital.
Trained all office bearers of VHCs, UHFs, HMCs on their roles and responsibilities for improvement of concerned health facilities and quality service delivery.
Provided technical support to field teams in developing & implementation of Village Health Action Plans.
